1. The service provider may claim reimbursement of its costs from the issuing State, if that possibility is provided for in the national law of the issuing State for domestic orders in similar situations, in accordance with the national law of that State. Member States shall inform the Commission about their national rules for reimbursement, and the Commission shall make them public. 2. This Article shall not apply to the reimbursement of costs of the decentralised IT system as referred to in Article 25. |
