Council Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1860/76 of 29 June 1976 laying down the Conditions of Employment of Staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions article 41 CELEX: 01976R1860-19870315 Gifts, loans or advances may be made to staff members who are in a particularly difficult position as a result, inter alia, of serious or protracted illness or by reason of family circumstances.
The foregoing paragraph shall apply by analogy to a former staff member after expiry of his contract where, as a result of a serious or protracted illness contracted, or of an accident sustained during his employment, he is incapable of working and proves that such illness or accident is not covered by another social security scheme. |
