Regulation (EU) 2024/590 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 on substances that deplete the ozone layer, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 (Text with EEA relevance) article 31 CELEX: 32024R0590 Repeal and transitional provisions
1. Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 is repealed. 2. Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 as applicable on 10 March 2024 shall continue to apply until 2 March 2025. 3. Article 27 of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 as applicable on 10 March 2024 shall continue to apply with regard to the reporting period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. 4. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VIII. |
