Council Regulation (EEC) No 477/84 of 21 February 1984 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Government of the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Principe on fishing off the coast of São Tomé and Principe article 3 CELEX: 31984R0477 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
