By way of derogation from Article 211(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 and from Article 3 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1184/2006 , as well as by virtue of the first paragraph of Article 42 TFEU, Articles 107, 108 and 109 TFEU shall not apply to payments made by Member States pursuant to this Regulation and in compliance with its provisions, nor shall they apply to financial contributions coming from Member States’ parafiscal charges, mandatory contributions or other financial instruments, in the case of programmes eligible for Union support which the Commission has selected in accordance with this Regulation. |
