Directed fishing for the following deep-water sharks in the SEAFO Convention area shall be prohibited: (a) ghost catshark (Apristurus manis); (b) blurred smooth lanternshark (Etmopterus bigelowi); (c) shorttail lanternshark (Etmopterus brachyurus); (d) great lanternshark (Etmopterus princeps); (e) smooth lanternshark (Etmopterus pusillus); (f) skates (Rajidae); (g) velvet dogfish (Scymnodon squamulosus); (h) sharks of the Selachimorpha super-order; (i) picked dogfish (Squalus acanthias). |
