1. The NCOs shall draw up annual national work programmes for the activities of the EURES network in their Member States. 2. The annual national work programmes shall specify: (a) the main activities to be carried out within the EURES network, at national level as a whole, and, where appropriate, at cross-border level; (b) the overall human and financial resources allocated for their implementation; (c) the arrangements for the monitoring and evaluation of the activities planned, and, where necessary, for updating them. 3. The NCOs and the European Coordination Office shall be given the opportunity to review together all draft national work programmes. Upon finalisation of that review, the national work programmes shall be adopted by the respective NCOs. 4. The representatives of the social partners at Union level participating in the Coordination Group shall be given the opportunity to comment on the draft national work programmes. |

The Commission shall establish, by means of implementing acts, the necessary templates and procedures for the exchange of information on the national work programmes at Union level. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 37(2). |
