Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on information provision and promotion measures concerning agricultural products implemented in the internal market and in third countries and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 article 29 CELEX: 32014R1144 Transitional provisions
1. Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 shall continue to apply to those information and promotion measures for which funding has been decided by the Commission before 1 December 2015. 2. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 22 in order to ensure a smooth transition between the application of Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 and this Regulation. |
