1. Council Regulation No 1 () shall apply to Eurojust. 2. The College shall decide Eurojust’s internal language arrangements by a two-thirds majority of its members. 3. The translation services required for the functioning of Eurojust shall be provided by the Translation Centre for the bodies of the European Union, as established by Council Regulation (EC) No 2965/94 (), unless the unavailability of the Translation Centre requires another solution to be found. |
