Council Regulation (EC) No 694/2003 of 14 April 2003 on uniform formats for Facilitated Transit Documents (FTD) and Facilitated Rail Transit Documents (FRTD) provided for in Regulation (EC) No 693/2003 article 6 CELEX: 02003R0694-20231227 Member States which have decided to do so shall issue the digital format for FTD and FRTD as referred to in Article 1 no later than one year after the adoption of the technical specifications referred to in Article 2.
The need for the incorporation of the photograph referred to in point 2 of Annex I and point 2 of Annex II may be determined by the end of 2005. |
