1. Member States shall ensure that the pre-division certificate is shared with the authorities referred to in Article 160o(1) through the system of interconnection of registers.
Member States shall also ensure that the pre-division certificate is available through the system of interconnection of registers. 2. Access to the pre-division certificate shall be free of charge for the authorities referred to in Article 160o(1) and for the registers. |
