1. The Budget Committee shall have the functions assigned to it in this Section. 2. Articles 154 and 155, Article 156(1) to (4), and (5), in so far as it relates to the election of the chairperson and deputy chairperson, and Article 156(6) and (7) shall apply to the Budget Committee, mutatis mutandis. 3. The Budget Committee shall take its decisions by an absolute majority of its members. However, a majority of two-thirds of its members shall be required for the decisions which the Budget Committee is empowered to take under Article 173(3) and Article 177. In both cases each member shall have one vote. |
