This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 12 February 2029.
However, Article 2(2), Article 8(2), Article 9(1), Article 11(6), Articles 14 to 18, Article 30(8), Article 34, Article 35, Articles 38 to 44, and Article 46 shall apply from 11 February 2025. |
