1. Member States undertaking relocation as a solidarity measure shall be able to benefit from Union financial support under the conditions set out in Article 11(9) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147, including for early integration measures implemented by regional and local authorities. 2. Emergency funding support for a Member State in a situation of crisis may be allocated pursuant to Article 31(1), point (a), of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147, including for the construction, maintenance and renovation of reception facilities required for the implementation of this Regulation, in accordance with the standards provided for in Directive (EU) 2024/1346. |
