1. Electronic copies of the documents and information referred to in Article 14 shall also be made publicly available through the system of interconnection of registers. Member States may also make available documents and information referred to in Article 14 for types of companies other than those listed in Annex II. 2. Member States shall ensure that the documents and particulars referred to in Article 14 are available through the system of interconnection of registers in a standard message format and accessible by electronic means. Member States shall also ensure that minimum standards for the security of data transmission are respected. |

The Commission shall provide a search service in all the official languages of the Union in respect of companies registered in the Member States, in order to make available through the portal: (a) the documents and information referred to in Article 14, including for types of companies other than those listed in Annex II, where such documents are made available by Member States; (aa) the documents and information referred to in Articles 86g, 86n, 86p, 123, 127a, 130, 160g, 160n and 160p; (b) the explanatory labels, available in all the official languages of the Union, listing those particulars and the types of those documents. |
