Regulation (EU) 2024/2822 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 on Community designs and repealing Commission Regulation (EC) No 2246/2002 (Text with EEA relevance) article 3 CELEX: 32024R2822 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 May 2025.
However, Article 1, points (21), (22), (24), (26), (27), (28), (29), (30), (32)(b), (34)(b), (37), (40), (42), (45), (46), (49), (52), (54), (56), (58), (61), (63), (65), (66), (70), (72), (74), (76), (78), (80)(b), (81), (85), (88) in so far as it relates to Article 72(3), points (a), (e), (f) and (m), (90), (98)(b), (111), (113) and (123) shall apply from 1 July 2026. |
