1. Regulation (EU) No 492/2011 is amended as follows: (a) Articles 11 and 12, Article 13(2), Articles 14 to 20 and Article 38 are deleted. (b) Article 13(1) is deleted with effect from 13 May 2018. 2. References to the deleted provisions shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex II. |
