Directive 2011/99/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on the European protection order article 3 CELEX: 32011L0099 Designation of competent authorities
1. Each Member State shall inform the Commission which judicial or equivalent authority or authorities are competent under its national law to issue a European protection order and to recognise such an order, in accordance with this Directive, when that Member State is the issuing State or the executing State. 2. The Commission shall make the information received available to all Member States. Member States shall inform the Commission of any change to the information referred to in paragraph 1. |
