1. The members of the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking shall be: (a) the Union, represented by the Commission; (b) the founding members listed in Annex I, upon notification of their decision to accede to the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking by means of a letter of commitment, which shall not contain conditions regarding their accession other than those set out in this Regulation; (c) the associated members to be selected in accordance with Article 7 subject to a decision of the Governing Board. 2. In addition to Article 7(1), the Governing Board may, during the first six months following the establishment of Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking, select associated members from a list drawn up after an open call for expression of interest launched by the Commission prior to its establishment. The conditions of Article 7(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis. |
