This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2007.
Where the TACs of the CCAMLR area are set for periods starting before 1 January 2007, Article 55 shall apply with effect from the beginning of the respective periods of application of the TACs. |
