Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 64/2004 of 9 January 2004 laying down the weightings applicable from 1 July 2003 to the remuneration of officials of the European Communities serving in third countries article 3 CELEX: 32004R0064 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
