1. Public intervention price means: (a) the price at which products shall be bought in under public intervention where this is done at a fixed price; or (b) the maximum price at which products eligible for public intervention may be bought in where this is done by tendering. 2. The measures on fixing the level of the public intervention price, including the amounts of increases and reductions, shall be taken by the Council in accordance with Article 43(3) TFEU. |
