1. Member States shall provide for a basic income support for sustainability (‘basic income support’) under the conditions set out in this Subsection and as further specified in their CAP Strategic Plans. 2. Member States shall provide for a basic income support in the form of an annual decoupled payment per eligible hectare. 3. Without prejudice to Articles 23 to 27, the basic income support shall be granted for each eligible hectare declared by an active farmer. |
