Council Regulation (EEC) No 1196/86 of 22 April 1986 on the conclusion of the Agreement for commercial, economic and development cooperation between the European Economic Community and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan article 4 CELEX: 31986R1196 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Membe States.
