1. The Executive Director shall draw up each year an estimate of the Office's revenue and expenditure for the following year and shall send it to the Budget Committee not later than 31 March in each year, together with a list of posts. 2. Should the budget estimates provide for a Union subsidy, the Budget Committee shall immediately forward the estimate to the Commission, which shall forward it to the budget authority of the Union. The Commission may attach an opinion on the estimate along with an alternative estimate. 3. The Budget Committee shall adopt the budget, which shall include the Office's list of posts. Should the budget estimates contain a subsidy from the general budget of the Union, the Office's budget shall, if necessary, be adjusted. |
