Regulation (EEC) No 2840/72 of the Council of 19 December 1972 concluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation and adopting provisions for its implementation and concluding an additional Agreement concerning the validity, for the Principality of Liechtenstein, of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation of 22 July 1972 article 3_protocol_3 CELEX: 31972R2840 Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2 and provided that all the conditions laid down in that article are nevertheless fulfilled, the products obtained shall not continue to be considered as products originating in the Community or in Switzerland respectively unless the value of the products worked or processed originating in the Community or in Switzerland represents the highest percentage of the value of the products obtained. If this is not so, the latter products are considered as originating in the country where the added value acquired represents the highest percentage of their value. |
