1. An EDIC shall produce an annual activity report, containing a technical description of its activities, and a financial report. The reports shall be approved by the assembly of members and transmitted to the Commission. The reports shall be made publicly available. 2. The Commission may provide guidance regarding the matters to be covered in the annual activity report. |
