Regulation (EEC) No 2842/72 of the Council of 19 December 1972 concluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland and adopting provisions for its implementation article 3_protocol_3 CELEX: 31972R2842 Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2 and provided that all the conditions laid down in that article are nevertheless fulfilled, the products obtained shall not continue to be considered as products originating in the Community or in Iceland respectively unless the value of the products worked or processed originating in the Community or in Iceland represents the highest percentage of the value of the products obtained. If this is not so, the latter products are considered as originating in the country where the added value acquired represents the highest percentage of their value. |
