1. This Directive lays down rules on the nominal quantities for products put up in prepackages. It shall apply to prepacked products and prepackages, as defined in Article 2 of Directive 76/211/EEC. 2. This Directive shall not apply to the products listed in the Annex which are sold in duty-free shops for consumption outside the European Union. |
