Regulation (EU) No 492/2011 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 26 the following paragraph is added: ‘The European Labour Authority established by Regulation (EU) 2019/1149 of the European Parliament and of the Council shall participate in the meetings of the Advisory Committee as an observer, providing technical input and expertise as relevant. Regulation (EU) 2019/1149 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 establishing a European Labour Authority, amending Regulations (EC) No 883/2004, (EU) No 492/2011, and (EU) 2016/589 and repealing Decision (EU) 2016/344 ().’;"
(2) Articles 29 to 34 are deleted with effect on the date when the Authority becomes operational in accordance with Article 44(1) of this Regulation; (3) Article 35 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 35 The rules of procedure of the Advisory Committee in force on 8 November 1968 shall continue to apply.’; (4) Article 39 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 39 The administrative expenditure of the Advisory Committee shall be included in the general budget of the European Union in the section relating to the Commission.’. |
