Regulation (EEC) No 706/73 of the Council of 12 March 1973 concerning the Community arrangements applicable to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man for trade in agricultural products article 2 CELEX: 01973R0706-19860424 As far as aids other than those referred to in Article 1 are concerned, the provisions of Article 93 (1) and the first sentence of Article 93 (3) of the treaty establishing the European Economic Community shall apply.
The Council, acting by a qualified majority on a proposal from the Commission, shall make the other provisions of Articles 92, 93 and 94 of the Treaty applicable insofar as this proves necessary. |
