Regulation (EU) No 511/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2011 implementing the bilateral safeguard clause of the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States and the Republic of Korea article 15 CELEX: 32011R0511 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from the date of application of the Agreement as provided for in Article 15.10 thereof. A notice shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union specifying the date of application of the Agreement. |
