Council Regulation (EC) No 2199/94 of 9 September 1994 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain magnetic disks (3,5 microdisks) originating in Hong Kong and the Republic of Korea, and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed article 3 CELEX: 01994R2199-19981217 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
