1. Catches of bottom trawlers, pelagic trawlers, purse seines, surface longliners, boat dredges and hydraulic dredges shall be landed and marketed for the first time only at any of the ports designated by the Member States. 2. Member States shall notify to the Commission by 30 April 2007 a list of designated ports. The Commission shall transmit the list to the other Member States. |
