1. If it becomes apparent, after consultations of the interested Member States, that no protective measures are necessary, the proceedings shall be closed. 2. The Commission shall announce the closure of proceedings by publishing a notice in the Official Journal of the European Communities summarizing its findings and the gounds on which they are based. |
