1. Where the AAL Programme is not implemented in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 3, the Commission may terminate, proportionally reduce, or suspend the Union's financial contribution in line with the actual implementation of the AAL Programme. 2. Where the Participating States do not contribute, contribute partially, or late to the financing of the AAL Programme, the Commission may terminate, proportionately reduce, or suspend the Union's financial contribution, taking into account the amount of funding allocated by the Participating States to implement the AAL Programme. |
