Council Regulation (EC) No 3095/94 of 12 December 1994 on aid which Austria and Finland may grant on stocks held by private operations on 1 January 1995 article 6 CELEX: 31994R3095 This Regulation shall enter into force on the same date as the Treaty of Accession.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
