Council Regulation (EC) No 594/98 of 9 March 1998 on certain procedures for applying the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Lithuania, of the other part article 12 CELEX: 31998R0594 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply from 1 February 1998.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
