1. This Regulation does not affect Union or other international instruments, agreements and arrangements on the gathering of evidence that falls within the scope of this Regulation. 2. Member States shall notify the Commission by 18 August 2026 of any existing instruments, agreements and arrangements as referred to in paragraph 1 which they will continue to apply. Member States shall also notify the Commission within three months of the signing of any new agreement or arrangement as referred to in paragraph 1. |
