Council Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1860/76 of 29 June 1976 laying down the Conditions of Employment of Staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions article 57 CELEX: 01976R1860-19870315 The general provisions for giving effect to these Conditions of Employment shall be adopted by the Administrative Board, with the agreement of the Commission of the European Communities, on a proposal from the director and after consulting the Staff Committee.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. |
