The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, determine: (a) the uniform numbering system referred to in Article 9(1) and the practical arrangements for the register referred to in Article 33(3); (b) the practical arrangements for the regular collection and updating of data on accidents related to pyrotechnic articles.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 44(3). |
