1. EU fertilising products which are in conformity with harmonised standards or parts thereof, the references of which have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be presumed to be in conformity with the requirements set out in Annexes I, II and III covered by those standards or parts thereof. 2. Tests for verifying the conformity of EU fertilising products with the requirements set out in Annexes I, II and III shall be performed in a reliable and reproducible manner. Tests which are in conformity with harmonised standards or parts thereof, the references of which have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be presumed to be reliable and reproducible to the extent that the tests are covered by those standards or parts thereof. |
