Council Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1860/76 of 29 June 1976 laying down the Conditions of Employment of Staff of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions article 55 CELEX: 01976R1860-19870315 Articles 12 to 16 of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Communities shall apply to staff of the Foundation as well as to the director and the deputy director.
