1. For the purposes of this Directive, a matter is considered to have cross-border implications unless both parties are domiciled in the same Member State as the court seised and all other elements relevant to the situation concerned are located only in that Member State. 2. Domicile shall be determined in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. |
