Regulation (EEC) No 2842/72 of the Council of 19 December 1972 concluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland and adopting provisions for its implementation article 13_protocol_3 CELEX: 31972R2842 Movement certificates shall be submitted to customs authorities in the importing State, in accordance with the procedures laid down by that State. The said authorities may require a translation of a certificate. They may also require the import declaration to be accompanied by a statement from the importer to the effect that the goods meet the conditions required for the implementation of the Agreement. |
