Expenditure referred to in Article 11(2) which is to be paid in advance pursuant to legal or contractual provisions may give rise to payments from 1 December onwards to be charged to the appropriations for the following financial year. In that case, the limit set out in Article 11(2), point (a), shall not apply. |
