Council Regulation (EC) No 1210/2003 of 7 July 2003 concerning certain specific restrictions on economic and financial relations with Iraq and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2465/96 article 18 CELEX: 02003R1210-20240913 1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. Save for Articles 4 and 6, it shall apply from 23 May 2003. 3. Articles 2 and 10 shall apply until 30 June 2011. |
