1. Each Member State shall make the technical arrangements necessary for access of its competent authorities to the JITs collaboration platform in accordance with this Regulation. 2. Member States shall ensure that the JITs collaboration platform users have access to the training courses provided by the JITs Network Secretariat pursuant to Article 10, point (c), or to equivalent training courses provided at the national level. Member States shall also ensure that the JITs collaboration platform users are fully aware of data protection requirements under Union law. |
