1. By 2 February 2022, ESMA shall publish on its website hyperlinks to the websites of competent authorities as referred to in Article 10(2). Those hyperlinks shall be kept up to date. 2. By 2 February 2022, ESMA shall develop and make available on its website an interactive tool publicly accessible in, as a minimum, a language customary in the sphere of international finance that provides an indicative calculation of the fees or charges referred to in Article 9(1). That tool shall be kept up to date. |
