Regulation (EEC) No 2842/72 of the Council of 19 December 1972 concluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland and adopting provisions for its implementation article 16_protocol_3 CELEX: 31972R2842 In order to ensure the proper application of the provisions of this Title, the Member States of the Community and Iceland shall assist each other, through their respective customs administrations, in checking the authenticity and accuracy of movement certificates, including those issued under Article 8 (4).
The Joint Committee shall be authorized to take any decisions necessary for the methods of administrative cooperation to be applied at the due time in the Community and in Iceland. |
